Hello my fellow bloggers and blogees. My name is Kaley Eisenbrei and I am currently a Senior at Florida State University, the best school in the entire nation I might add. I am a sports fanatic and especially love college football (who doesn't). Although this blog for the most part will be used in generating thoughts and concepts in my Writing, Editing, Print, Online Class, I am sure every once in a while I will sneak some correlations between readings and sports to jazz things up a bit from a traditional scholastic blog. Everyone at one point or another has read a blog of some sort. Rather it was a required reading from a boring professor or blog that correlates with a hobby of interest of yours. Reading blogs is way different than generating the contents of blogs. When blogging, you have to figure out the intended target audience is. Although this is broad, one has to target the appeals of an audience. Targeting an audience influences how one generates the contents of the blog. So far in my life, scholastically and personally, I have only blogged for school purposes. As this semester begins, I am enthused and excited to be blogging for another one of my courses. This blog will be the start of my professional platform I will use in my writing portfolio for future employers to access, and to fellow students and professors to view. Anyone who wants and has access to searching blogs can view them. However my target audience will be future employers, students, and professors. Therefore my blogs need to be generated professionally and accurately. Proofreading of each blog and the use of the correct diction and grammar are also very vital when constructing these blogs. Sourcing outside sources is always very important however using outside sources is a great way to back up points with reliable support. All in all I am excited to blog for my audience and hope that everyone enjoys and views my blogs as entertaining and beneficial to their reading.
