Have you ever walked into an arena and instantly have chills running down your spine. Regardless if it is a sporting event, concert, or even a play, the audience is present for a certain reason. The person or people performing in front of this arena attracted this audience. These people are present to watch or listen to this performer(s) or team with an intended idea of what will be performed in this arena.

My intended audience are sports fans, players, and coaches. Their main interest is reading and seeing sports related content that benefits their team and all in all gives them exposure to a community. This audience intends to read authentic material, and unbiased opinions. For example, if a FSU football player reads my blog from last week, and saw any discrepancy in my post about how the game played out, they may never read a post again. However, even though the football team lost, I did not sugar coat what occurred during the game, however ended the segment with advertising this weeks first home game. Attracting an audience that views your writing as credible and authentic is vital when writing for a targeted audience.

With all of the heartache from Florida State's quarter back season ending injury, an article to only pour more salt on the wound would not be efficient. However after reading over an article titled, "FSU proved Alabama is Beatable" may render a little relief to the saddened fans of Florida State.
